You'll align business objectives with employees and management across designated business units. You'll collaborate across HR to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization's goals. This hybrid role offers on-site perks and requires presence at the New Albany, OH client site 3-4 days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for complex employee relations cases
• Lead impartial workplace investigations and document findings
• Coach managers on corrective action and termination processes
• Provide legal and risk-based guidance to leaders
• Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years hands-on ER experience in fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting a California-based employer with CA employment law knowledge
• Extensive experience managing complex ER cases including investigations
• Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and risk management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring within HR teams
• Exposure to international HR and expatriate support
• Warehouse or Data Center HR experience
