💼 About This Role

You'll drive planning, launch operations, and cross-functional alignment to help Abridge's product organization scale. You'll act as a key operating partner to product leadership, turning goals into action plans and ensuring smooth releases. This is a hands-on role for a structured thinker who loves building the operating system of a world-class product org.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain the product org's single sources of truth, including living roadmap and goals.
• Facilitate quarterly roadmap reviews and collect cross-functional inputs.
• Own the release process end-to-end, including readiness criteria and launch playbooks.
• Track dependencies and surface risks early with recommended resolution options.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in consulting, strategy & operations, product ops, or similar roles
• Ability to design product operating systems from first principles
• Skilled at driving alignment across stakeholders and communicating with clarity
• High EQ and ability to influence without authority
