Description

You will support end-to-end design activities for enterprise platforms, working with senior designers and consultants on user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or designers with up to 3 years of experience looking to build strong foundations in enterprise UX and consulting-style delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 0-3 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships, school projects, or freelance work included)
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and visual design fundamentals
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end design activities: user research, requirements gathering, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs
• Work with consultants and business analysts to understand user needs and business processes
• Contribute to design systems, UI components, and style guides
• Participate in usability testing, user feedback sessions, and design reviews
• Collaborate with developers during design hand-off and support UAT
