📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or military
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Must pass physical requirements: lift 25 lbs, stand/walk long periods
