You'll build and scale the platform infrastructure powering Cartesia's voice AI products. You'll code composable platform components that accelerate feature delivery across API and conversational AI systems. You'll own critical product infrastructure end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale product platform components for growth.
• Own critical product infrastructure end-to-end.
• Work with product teams to identify shared needs and build platform primitives.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of backend or platform engineering experience.
• Think in terms of customer outcomes, not just requirements.
• Comfortable with TypeScript, Python, and Go.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or NATS at scale.
• Familiarity with real-time streaming or WebRTC.
• Background in observability infrastructure (Datadog, Prometheus).
