You'll join FutureFit AI's Integrations & Platform team to build scalable backend systems for complex integrations with government and enterprise partners. Your work will eliminate manual operational work and set the team up to move faster with less friction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build bidirectional sync systems integrating with external APIs
• Implement event-driven workflows using AWS serverless services
• Develop observability tools and automation to reduce manual support tickets
• Document runbooks and create internal tools for non-technical teams

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in backend or platform engineering
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js and AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS) experience
• Experience building distributed systems with idempotency and error handling
• Proficiency with SQL or NoSQL databases in production

• GraphQL API design and implementation
• Experience with government APIs or legacy enterprise systems
• Event-driven architecture at scale using serverless patterns
