You'll own end-to-end interview coordination and improve recruiting operations for a fast-growing fintech startup. You'll build scalable workflows and leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual work. This role offers strong mentorship and growth in recruiting operations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across teams
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Manage ATS (Ashby) including pipeline setup, workflows, and reporting
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using AI tools
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a scaling tech company
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and outbound outreach
- Experience building dashboards in Google Sheets or BI tools
