🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform field inspections for compliance with building codes.
• Supervise, assign, and train construction inspectors.
• Investigate complaints and resolve code violations.
• Provide plan checking for minor residential/commercial projects.

📋 Requirements

• ICC Combination Building Inspector certification (residential & commercial).
• 10+ years in Building Inspection with public/private agency.
• 5+ years as Building Inspector II or equivalent.
• Valid Class C California driver's license with satisfactory record.

✨ Nice to Have

• ICC Residential Plans Examiner or Commercial Building Examiner certification.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
