💼 About This Role

You'll join Roku's Enterprise Engineering team to design and own the Workday Recruiting configuration and integration strategy, driving technical excellence and innovation in our Talent Acquisition platform. You'll build automated solutions and manage quality lifecycle for a high-volume hiring ecosystem at the #1 TV streaming platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end Workday Recruiting configuration and integration strategy.
• Build and maintain Workday Recruiting configurations for requisitions, pipelines, offers.
• Implement automated test coverage for recruiting processes using Tricentis Tosca.
• Drive API-level and end-to-end integration testing across Talent Acquisition ecosystem.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of SaaS/Cloud HR technology experience.
• Significant hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.
• Deep functional expertise in Talent Acquisition processes.
• Experience with ATS integrations like HiredScore, Paradox.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca or similar test automation tools.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (OFCCP, EEOC).
• Familiarity with Workday Extend and custom objects.
