You'll build and scale the operational infrastructure for a rapidly growing multi-state healthcare platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement operating systems for multi-state growth
• Oversee provider staffing, scheduling, and productivity optimization
• Lead onboarding of new partner facilities and health systems
• Partner with C-suite to manage performance against financial targets

📋 Requirements

• 12–15+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience
• Experience in multi-site healthcare organizations
• Post-acute, SNF, or senior living experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations in high-growth environments
