💼 About This Role

You'll build automated test infrastructure for cutting-edge power electronics at a startup. Your work will directly enable scalable production of grid-scale converters, accelerating electrification. This role offers broad ownership from PCBA to high-power system test.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build PCBA functional test fixtures and interface boards
• Specify and integrate instrumentation like power supplies and oscilloscopes
• Develop automated test sequences for power converters and systems
• Drive debug loops and improve test yield and coverage

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience designing automated test setups for high-voltage / high-power systems
• Hands-on with scopes, DMMs, power supplies, and digital interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART)
• Proven ownership of a test system from concept through deployment and sustainment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with bi-directional AC/DC or DC/DC power sources
• Experience with HIL development or embedded firmware validation
• Familiarity with production traceability systems and calibration discipline
