💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end operational infrastructure for global partner programs at a cybersecurity SaaS leader. Your core impact is driving partner productivity, pipeline health, and revenue attainment cross-functionally. This role stands out as the strategic and execution-focused backbone of the partner ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve partner program operational framework, tiers, and incentives
• Build dashboards for partner pipeline, bookings, and deal registration
• Lead PRM and CRM optimization for partner-facing platforms
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Legal on partner programs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue, Channel, or Partner Operations in B2B SaaS
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity scaling operations functions
• Deep understanding of partner/channel ecosystem (VAR, MSSP, GSI, etc.)
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and PRM tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a cybersecurity or identity management company
• Familiarity with Salesforce PRM or partner community configurations
• Background supporting global or multi-region partner programs
