💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-performing sales team for Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows. You'll drive strategies to exceed sales goals and coach Design Consultants through ride-alongs and training. This role offers base pay plus commission and student loan repayment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct weekly ride-alongs to assess Design Consultants' sales skills
• Train Design Consultants on consultative selling methods
• Monitor daily sales activity and reporting
• Resolve issues with contracts, pricing, and customer disputes

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales management and leadership experience
• In-home sales management experience required
• Ability to lead a team of 10-20 Design Consultants
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
