Description
As a Strategic SDR at Connecteam, you'll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market strategy to test new growth initiatives, shape lead generation strategies, and provide real-time market insights. You'll build, test, and optimize outbound and inbound campaigns, develop playbooks, and refine approaches to new markets and customer segments, directly influencing how the company scales.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment
- Execution-driven with strong ownership mentality - takes initiative and drives results independently
- Competitive, driven, and motivated to grow within sales
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline
- Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion
- Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings and share best practices across Sales and Marketing
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while hitting activity and meeting targets
