💼 About This Role

You'll lead our largest business unit with a $27M P&L, owning vision, strategy, and financial performance. Your core impact will be driving exceptional client outcomes and operational excellence as part of directive's executive team. This role offers monthly travel opportunities and reports directly to the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage $27M-$35M P&L across agency operations
• Lead 5-6 VP-level direct reports and service line leaders
• Drive client retention, expansion, and 100% goal attainment
• Integrate pricing desk, resourcing desk, and Stratos tech platform

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years managing agency operations with VP-level direct reports
• True depth of B2B marketing expertise
• Monthly travel commitment (1-2x @ 48 hour trips)
