You'll lead the design and execution of scalable revenue enablement programs that shape how go-to-market teams ramp and perform. Your work will directly influence revenue performance and customer experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

  • Design and execute onboarding programs for revenue-facing roles.
  • Develop ongoing enablement for pipeline generation and customer lifecycle.
  • Implement sales methodologies like MEDDICC to improve deal execution.
  • Own enablement roadmap aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in revenue enablement or sales training in SaaS.
  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Proven ability to design and scale structured enablement programs.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.

  • Experience managing or developing team members.
  • Strong analytical mindset connecting enablement to business metrics.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
