You'll lead the design and execution of scalable revenue enablement programs that shape how go-to-market teams ramp and perform. Your work will directly influence revenue performance and customer experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute onboarding programs for revenue-facing roles.
- Develop ongoing enablement for pipeline generation and customer lifecycle.
- Implement sales methodologies like MEDDICC to improve deal execution.
- Own enablement roadmap aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years experience in revenue enablement or sales training in SaaS.
- Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Proven ability to design and scale structured enablement programs.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.

- Experience managing or developing team members.
- Strong analytical mindset connecting enablement to business metrics.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
