Description

You will oversee the full contract lifecycle for government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing performance. You will work closely with legal, proposal, accounting, operations, program, and engineering teams to support proposals, negotiations, modifications, and close-outs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, government, or related field
• Experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, T&M government and commercial contracts
• Strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• U.S. Person status and ability to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Execute contract management throughout contract lifecycles
• Complete contract review, acceptance, and documentation
• Oversee proposal planning, management, and preparation
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
• Provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies
