You'll maintain clear communications during incidents, follow through to resolution, and assist investment professionals during onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application support in financial services
• Strong understanding of order management workflows
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency with Linux and scripting in Python or Bash
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
