You'll serve as a key operational link between local vendors and the broader team, helping ensure the UK outbound parcel network runs reliably and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll identify issues and drive improvements directly with partners. This is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on a growing international logistics operation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with third-party vendors to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
• Visit processing centers to observe workflows and identify risks
• Investigate exceptions and delays to find root causes
• Create and refine SOPs and operational documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience in international parcel logistics strongly preferred
• Strong process creation and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and solve operational problems

• Experience with third-party logistics providers or carriers
• Experience in performance-driven environments with SLAs and KPIs
• Experience supporting growing or changing logistics networks
