Description

You will lead high-impact projects as a Staff Architect on the Business Systems team, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations to architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that solve business problems and enable Service Agents. This role drives technical strategy, optimizes Salesforce as the primary CRM, and ensures compliance with fintech regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Salesforce Architect with a focus on Service Cloud
  • Ability to write high-quality, reusable code and generate simple, elegant designs
  • Experience with DevOps using Salesforce DevOps Center and/or GitHub Actions
  • Proficiency with Lightning Flows, Agentforce, and low-code tools
  • Knowledge of fintech regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2)

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM across Servicing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Success
  • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and other systems
  • Lead evaluation of new Salesforce features and third-party technologies
  • Maintain and support integrations between Salesforce and core systems (Snowflake, Amazon Connect, internal tools)
  • Develop and enforce best practices for system governance, security, and data integrity ensuring compliance with fintech regulations
