💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve our observability stack across a multi-datacenter, Kubernetes-based environment. You'll ship and iterate on production systems to improve observability coverage and reduce operational toil. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge open-source tooling like OpenTelemetry and VictoriaMetrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and maintain production observability stacks.
• Scale observability infrastructure across multiple data centers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Own logging pipeline architecture and refactoring efforts.
• Improve distributed tracing coverage and drive adoption across teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Hands-on production experience with observability systems.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Kafka, Vector, and VictoriaMetrics.
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management (EKS preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using AI to automate infrastructure or observability tasks.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling selection and workflow integration.
• Background in cloud account or environment migrations.
