💼 About This Role

You'll design and run engagement and learning programs that strengthen employee connection and capability across the organization. You'll own the company-wide engagement calendar and coordinate learning initiatives that reinforce BJAK's values in day-to-day work. This hands-on role ensures programs are practical and well-executed in a fast-moving tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage company-wide engagement and learning calendar including events and sessions.
  • Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end with strong participation.
  • Coordinate learning programs across technical, soft skills, and leadership topics.
  • Run onboarding culture sessions to introduce new hires to company values.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in L&D, employee engagement, culture, or HR program roles.
  • Strong execution and coordination skills for multiple programs.
  • Comfort with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and HR systems.
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills in group settings.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with LMS/HRIS platforms.
  • Background in tech or startup environments.
  • Ability to measure ROI or effectiveness of learning programs.
