You'll be the first point of contact at Peachy's NoMad studio, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for clients seeking wrinkle prevention treatments. You'll collaborate with clinical providers and maintain a best-in-class studio experience through high-quality hospitality and product knowledge. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet clients and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
• Collaborate with team members and support clinical providers
• Answer questions about Peachy treatment options and promote after-care products
• Complete studio opening and closing tasks, maintain appearance and stock

📋 Requirements

• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or wellness
• Flexibility to work Wednesday through Saturday including holidays
• Minimum 18 years old eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
