You'll establish and drive QA frameworks across CASETiFY's digital products, including e-commerce platforms and mobile apps. Your work will ensure high quality and reliability in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to improve testing processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish QA frameworks and testing standards across digital products.
• Define and implement functional, regression, integration, and release validation testing.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases for e-commerce, mobile apps, and APIs.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Support UAT planning and release readiness validation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software QA and testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with test planning and defect management.
• Experience testing e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, or APIs.
• Good understanding of QA frameworks and software development lifecycle.

• Exposure to test automation concepts and tools.
