You'll be the first marketer at a B2B AI startup, executing paid ads, outbound ops, and creative production. You'll build a revenue engine from scratch with significant budget and autonomy. This role offers Day 1 agility and total ownership of growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute high-velocity testing on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
• Build automated outbound systems using Clay, Instantly, and Apollo.
• Produce 10-20 ad creatives and landing page variants weekly.
• Optimize full-funnel CRO from click to credit card.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record taking a product from negligible to over $1M ARR.
• Hands-on experience with paid ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Technical scrappiness with web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and Zapier.

• Familiarity with Framer, attribution tools.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
