💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Financial Crime Compliance program across Americas, managing a team and regulators in the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. You'll enhance existing programs and support new market/product launches while serving on the global FCC leadership team to drive strategic initiatives like EWRA and OKRs. This role is based in San Francisco or New York with a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and enhance Financial Crime Compliance framework across Americas
• Lead, mentor, and develop the FCC team across the region
• Manage relationships with key regulators in the Americas
• Partner with Global Head of FCC on strategic initiatives and OKRs

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of financial crime compliance experience
• Significant time in a leadership or people management role
• Deep expertise in Americas financial crime regulations (US BSA/AML, Canadian PCMLTFA)
• Proven track record managing high-performing compliance teams
