💼 About This Role

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to provide legal support on privacy, regulatory, and compliance matters while negotiating complex enterprise agreements. You'll develop scalable processes and serve as a trusted advisor during DISQO's next growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and draft complex master agreements with enterprise customers.
• Support privacy initiatives (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA) and manage worldwide privacy program.
• Develop creative solutions to mitigate risk in a fast-paced industry.
• Partner with internal teams to review personal data uses for compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 8-15 years of combined in-house and law firm experience.
• Active California bar license.
• Experience with US and global privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, GDPR).
• Proven drafting and negotiating skills for complex contracts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer insights or marketing field.
• Ability to manage and work with outside counsel internationally.
