🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Own pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
- Drive execution across discovery, demos, and deal management
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate world-class sales talent
📋 Requirements
- 3-7+ years of closing experience in SaaS or AI
- 1-3+ years managing Account Executives
- Strong coaching skills with a track record of improving performance
- Analytical approach to pipeline management and forecasting
