You'll lead a team of Enterprise AEs, coaching top-tier talent and driving pipeline rigor for an AI-driven content platform. Your core impact will shape how we sell into a rapidly evolving market and help a team exceed targets consistently.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Own pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
  • Drive execution across discovery, demos, and deal management
  • Recruit, onboard, and cultivate world-class sales talent

📋 Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of closing experience in SaaS or AI
  • 1-3+ years managing Account Executives
  • Strong coaching skills with a track record of improving performance
  • Analytical approach to pipeline management and forecasting
