You'll oversee MEP infrastructure projects for a hyperscale AI data center builder. You'll ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are delivered on time and to the highest standards. This role involves frequent travel to multiple project sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise on-site construction for direct hires and subcontractors
• Ensure MEP systems meet codes, specs, and schedules
• Perform inspections on materials and equipment
• Develop execution plans with detailed schedules and logistics

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of field experience in MEP construction
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or Primavera
• Experience managing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders
