You'll join Handshake's Employer Sales Team to connect employers with students and alumni, democratizing access to opportunity. You'll manage a full-cycle sales process from prospecting to closing, exceeding quota targets and building relationships with senior executives. This role offers the chance to shape how careers evolve in the AI economy at global scale.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
  • Develop relationships with senior executives at Director, SVP, VP levels
  • Prospect, nurture, and close new business using internal tools
  • Accurately forecast business on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of SaaS sales experience with 1-2+ years closing experience
  • Strong history of quota attainment with a customer story from prospect to closed won
  • Experience in a high-growth business environment
  • Pre-sales experience including prioritization, outreach, and discovery

โœจ Nice to Have

  • SDR or BDR experience
  • Knowledge of online recruiting technology
  • Relationships with key HR decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies
