💼 About This Role
You'll serve as the strategic technical leader within Customer Success, ensuring operational excellence and scalable execution across integrations, tagging, and measurement workflows. You'll bridge Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how DISQO operationalizes media measurement at scale.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead strategic technical oversight for integrations and measurement workflows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and scalable solutions.
- Standardize TPM processes, playbooks, and integration frameworks.
- Drive operational refinement initiatives for automation and efficiency.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in media measurement, ad tech, or technical program management.
- Deep understanding of identity resolution (cookies, MAIDs, IP stitching).
- Proven ability to influence product and engineering stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable operational systems and workflows.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with CTV/OTT ecosystems and cross-channel exposure logic.
- Proven ability to design AI-enhanced workflows.
- Executive-level communication skills.
