💼 About This Role

You'll design and maintain hybrid IT infrastructure at a purpose-driven RIA. You'll ensure scalability, security, and reliability across on-prem and cloud environments while partnering with cross-functional teams. This role offers ownership of core infrastructure and direct impact on company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises and Azure/AWS
• Deploy and maintain M365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
• Manage Windows server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy
• Implement automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Infrastructure as Code

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in systems engineering or cloud/infrastructure
• Strong mastery of M365 administration and Azure architecture
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferred) and automation
• Deep understanding of identity and access management and zero trust

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NIST, CIS hardening standards
• Experience with networking infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, SDWAN)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and Microsoft Defender
