Description

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily operations in the New York market, driving improvements and ensuring efficiency across kitchen, warehouse, and logistics teams. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction and profitability, identifying opportunities to scale and optimize processes.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish fluency)
• Experience in cold storage, operations, logistics, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time ops, ensure SOP adherence, resolve issues to avoid disruptions
• Manage labor scheduling, brief teams on daily objectives, supervise and support staff
• Ensure optimal staffing during peak/off-peak, report resource gaps to senior management
• Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare end-of-shift reports with issues and resolutions
• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams (IT, Customer Support, QA)
