Description

You will build software infrastructure and tools to accelerate ML research, manage training and inference workflows, and facilitate data ingestion and curation at Calico, a research company focused on aging. You'll collaborate with ML research scientists to deploy models that advance our understanding of human aging.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in CS +4 yrs or M.S. in CS +7 yrs industry experience
• Strong software engineering skills and Python expertise
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining ML infrastructure in production
• Experience productionizing ML models with Jax, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Proficiency in building data pipelines, training/deployment systems, and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize software infrastructure and tools for ML research
• Define engineering best practices for code quality and reproducibility
• Collaborate with ML research scientists to deploy models for aging research
• Manage training and inference workflows
