💼 About This Role

You'll design Imprint's internal agent platform and create 50+ specialized AI agents to automate workflows. You'll build scalable agent orchestration systems integrated with the existing tech stack. You'll transform manual processes into intelligent, self-improving workflows across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build the internal agent platform from the ground up
• Create 50+ specialized AI agents automating cross-functional workflows
• Build secure, scalable agent orchestration systems integrating with existing tech stack
• Partner with teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Go, Java, or Python proficiency
• AI/ML framework experience (OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini)
• Cloud platform production experience (AWS or GCP)
• LLM and agent framework expertise

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG architectures and model evaluation
• Knowledge of AI safety and security practices
• Experience building internal tools and developer-facing products
