Description

You will support the end-to-end selection funnel, from profile kick-off to final placement, while developing your sourcing and selection skills. You'll assist in defining search strategies, manage candidate communications, and help design reports to monitor process health.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse or similar)
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, hunting, and reporting
• Knowledge of digital market and Argentinian labor legislation (or willingness to learn)
• Advanced English
• Adaptability, precision, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end selection funnel from kick-off to placement
• Assist in defining search strategies and ensuring cultural and technical fit
• Manage candidate communications and tracking throughout the funnel
• Help ensure compliance with Talent Discovery processes
• Help design, analyze, and present reports to monitor process health
