Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on product development. You'll be responsible for team dynamics, hiring, onboarding, and career growth, and you'll redesign engineering workflows using autonomous agents and automation.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Solid communication skills and ability to inspire others

Responsibilities
