💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience and meeting sales targets at a pop-culture focused retailer. You'll also help train new recruits and ensure their success, while assisting with daily operations. This role combines customer service with operational duties in a fun, charitable environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
