You'll deliver end-to-end implementations of the RecordPoint platform for highly-regulated organizations, acting as a trusted advisor on information governance. You'll own client engagements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption while managing multiple concurrent projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Records Management and Information Governance
• Lead customer engagements and guide adoption of RecordPoint platform
• Deliver end-to-end implementations, from configuration through deployment
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

📋 Requirements

• Experience or certification in Records Management, Information Governance, or related field
• 3+ years implementing SharePoint and/or ECM/EDRMS solutions
• Client-facing consulting experience or strong customer-facing background
• Australian Citizenship required

• Pre-sales experience including scoping and SoWs
• Knowledge of AI trends in information governance
