💼 About This Role

You'll build and run Ambrook's sales function, personally closing strategic accounts while coaching a team of reps. Your core impact will be designing playbooks, setting targets, and leveraging AI and automation to let your team focus on high-value conversations. This is a building role with ownership of revenue from day one at a Series A startup backed by Thrive Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Close strategic accounts and manage full-cycle deals
  • Coach and develop a team of sales reps
  • Design and execute sales playbooks for inbound, outbound, upsell
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and quota-setting

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales with track record of exceeding quota
  • 2+ years managing or coaching a sales team
  • Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS, fintech, or real economy
  • Fluency in HubSpot and data-driven sales analytics

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to owner-operators or family businesses
  • Familiarity with accounting or financial services products
  • Experience with product-led growth and sales-assist motions
