💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of end-to-end billing and reconciliation for SumUp's growing Enterprise and marketplace channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your work directly supports a fast-scaling fintech that serves over 4 million businesses globally. This role offers the chance to mentor junior team members and drive process improvements as automation evolves.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end billing and reconciliation for marketplace channels like Amazon and eBay
• Act as single point of contact for Enterprise and Cooperation hardware billing
• Calculate and book price protection credits and contractual discounts
• Oversee full RMA returns process for retailers, partners, and enterprise accounts

📋 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GAAP with hands-on experience in complex accounting transactions
• Experience managing high-volume accounts receivable processes
• Ability to prioritize multiple high-impact workstreams independently
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP and European VAT is a strong advantage
