You'll serve as the dedicated operational partner to the Sales team, owning day-to-day processes and tools that enable sellers to operate efficiently. You'll handle deal desk support and order form execution to accelerate deal velocity. This role is critical for maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and driving performance reporting.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage the order form and contract execution process for accuracy.
- Support deal desk operations including discount approvals.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate onboarding and enablement for new Sales hires.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3โ5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
- Salesforce proficiency with reports, dashboards, and opportunity management.
- Excel skills; familiarity with B2B SaaS order form processes.

- Experience supporting an enterprise B2B Sales team in SaaS.
- Exposure to deal desk, CPQ, or contract lifecycle workflows.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Gong, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
