Description

You will deliver onboarding programs and skills workshops to equip Stripe's sales teams with the knowledge and skills to excel. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging training materials and drive a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years in sales, sales enablement, or related field
• Fluency in Mandarin
• Passion for teaching and adult learning principles
• Experience coaching and delivering value selling programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead live or virtual training sessions
• Organize and facilitate sales skills workshops
• Build relationships with stakeholders to identify enablement needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials
