💼 About This Role

You'll join the largest home health agency in San Francisco, providing skilled physical therapy in patients' homes. You'll evaluate and treat patients to restore function and independence, collaborating with physicians and PTAs to ensure high-quality care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform in-home evaluations and develop care plans.
• Treat patients to improve mobility and independence.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other clinicians.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of local community resources
