Description

You will lead a team of Operations Associates in Bangalore, managing day-to-day fraud operations to protect Stripe and its users. This hands-on role involves coaching your team, owning metrics, handling complex casework, and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience leading fraud, risk, trust safety, or investigations operations in high-scale environment
• Proven ability to manage frontline associates and own their performance
• Experience with payments, risk, compliance, or financial industry operations
• Strong operational background in new process launches and service delivery
• At least 3+ years of direct people management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Operations Associates, set expectations, coach performance, and build a high-judgement culture
• Own individual performance metrics, ensure team meets throughput, SLA, and quality targets
• Perform unit-level execution: define processes, lead team meetings, conduct root cause analyses
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and coverage planning
• Maintain hands-on casework for coaching and escalation coverage
