You will coordinate and prepare launch and stage acceptance campaigns end-to-end, ensuring full launch system readiness. Develop deep understanding of the launch system to make sound operational decisions under pressure. Own mission-level configuration management and contribute to shaping multi-site launch operations as the company grows.

• Experience in launch operations or similar aerospace campaign management
• Ability to make sound operational decisions under pressure
• Deep understanding of launch systems or ability to learn quickly
• Strong coordination and leadership skills for on-site campaigns

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare launch and stage acceptance campaigns end-to-end
• Develop deep understanding of launch system to guide local teams and maintain global alignment
• Own mission-level configuration management across design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing
• Step into field during campaigns to lead coordination and operations inside and outside control room
• Contribute to defining multi-site launch operations and global team execution as cadence grows
