Description

You will manage inventory accounting, month-end closing, and cost analysis across retail stores and warehouses. You will also support global inventory optimization projects and ensure financial integrity for the Taiwan entity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, 2+ years in inventory management
• E-commerce or retail industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software; Netsuite is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Review monthly inventory reports for accuracy and reconciliation
• Plan periodic physical inventory counts and establish SOPs
• Integrate billing, receiving, and shipping reconciliation into ERP
• Perform COGS calculations and gross margin analysis
• Assist in accounting compliance review and year-end audits
