๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead brand strategy and creative direction for Canada's fastest-growing men's telehealth platform, defining how Phoenix shows up across multiple treatment categories. You'll own positioning, messaging, and creative standards to ensure coherent growth and trust in a regulated health category.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Evolve brand positioning, value proposition, and patient narrative
- Lead persona work, segmentation, and messaging frameworks
- Set creative vision across paid, organic, website, and product
- Build brand governance standards and review processes
๐ Requirements
- Brand leadership at senior level in high-growth consumer, healthcare, telehealth, wellness, or DTC business
- Built positioning, persona, and messaging systems from ground up
- Strong creative judgment and ability to articulate brand-drive business impact
- Experience in regulated or sensitive categories with compliance constraints
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Health Canada or PAAB advertising standards
- Experience managing multiple product lines under one master brand
