💼 About This Role

You'll provide front desk, administrative, and sales support while delivering a positive client experience. You'll contribute to generating sales and promoting the studio through warm client interactions. This part-time role involves flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients warmly and use their name to build connections.
• Handle client scheduling, cancellations, and package purchases.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and address maintenance issues.
• Assist Head Coach and Community Manager with daily operations.

📋 Requirements

• High school education required
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long durations
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year sales experience preferred
• MBO experience preferred
• Passion for fitness and wellness
