💼 About This Role

You'll join the Compass Development Marketing Group as a front-line sales team member for Loraloma Private Club Estates, a premier luxury community near Austin. You'll manage the full lifecycle of lot and home sales, from inquiry through escrow coordination, in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads with proactive outbound outreach.
  • Host guided tours and deliver project presentations from the Sales Gallery.
  • Coordinate contract execution and manage buyer escrow support.
  • Cultivate relationships with local and national brokerage communities.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct real estate sales experience.
  • Active Texas real estate license (Sales Agent or Broker).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Experience in luxury, new development, or master-planned communities.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle real estate transactions.
  • CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite competency.
